To provide grant assistance to attract knowledge-based entrepreneurial talent and projects in order to make our region more competitive and diversify its economic activity, accentuating the role of R+D, innovation, technology and knowledge in general.

For each project chosen, the “Develop Your Talent” Programme will pay for the following:

- Office space in the Science Park or in another business zone in the region.

- A home in a municipality in the surrounding area.

- A mentoring service aimed initially at launching the project and establishing it in its sector, and subsequently at ensuring the project’s sustainability and durability.

- Access to the Science Park’s innovation and value-added services.

The projects selected in this round of the programme will be financed for a maximum period of 12 months.
