Applications to be considered in the selection process may be presented by both private individuals and by corporate entities.

a) Presentation of applications by private individuals.

Applicants must be legally of adult age and must not currently live in Spain. If projects are presented by more than one individual, all the applicants must meet both requirements.

b) Presentation of applications by corporate entities:

Companies must be registered outside Spain for tax purposes. When presenting the application it must also be confirmed that the members of the team who come to work on the project are legally of adult age who currently reside outside Spain.

When submitting the application, documentary evidence must be provided to demonstrate compliance with the above points. Should these conditions not be met, the applications concerned will be excluded from the selection process.
