A technical committee will evaluate those projects eligible for the programme before any acceptance decisions are made. This committee will notify the applicant of its decision within 30 calendar days beginning on the day after the application is submitted.

The assessment criteria will be as follows:

a) In the case of applications by private individuals or by corporate entities that have been in operation for a maximum of one year (entrepreneurial projects):

- Business plan: 35 points

- CVs of the team members who will live in Girona: 35 points

- Project and its impact on the sector: 30 points

b) In the case of applications by corporate entities that have been in operation for longer than one year (company projects):

- Trajectory of the company applying: 35 points

- CVs of the team members who will live in Girona: 35 points

- Project and its impact on the sector: 30 points

In both cases, to be considered valid, the proposal will need to score a minimum of 60 points, and may not have less than 15 points for any of the three criteria.
